(1)地(di)(di)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)熱(re)(re)(re)泵技術(shu)屬可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用(yong)技術(shu)。由于地(di)(di)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)熱(re)(re)(re)泵是利(li)用(yong)了(le)地(di)(di)球(qiu)表面(mian)淺(qian)(qian)層地(di)(di)熱(re)(re)(re)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(通常小(xiao)于400米深)作為(wei)冷熱(re)(re)(re)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),進行能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)轉換的供暖空調系統。地(di)(di)表淺(qian)(qian)層地(di)(di)熱(re)(re)(re)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)可(ke)以稱之為(wei)地(di)(di)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),是指(zhi)地(di)(di)表土壤(rang)、地(di)(di)下水(shui)或河(he)流、湖泊中吸收太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、地(di)(di)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)而蘊藏的低溫位熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)。地(di)(di)表淺(qian)(qian)層是一(yi)個巨大的太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)集熱(re)(re)(re)器,收集了(le)47%的太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang),比人類每年利(li)用(yong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的500倍還多(duo)。它不受地(di)(di)域、資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等限制,真正是量(liang)(liang)(liang)大面(mian)廣、無處(chu)不在。這種(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)存于地(di)(di)表淺(qian)(qian)層近乎無限的可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),使得(de)地(di)(di)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)也成為(wei)清(qing)潔的可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)形式。
(2)地(di)源熱泵屬經濟有效的節能技(ji)術。其地(di)源熱泵的COP值達到了4以上(shang),也就是(shi)說消耗1KWh的能量,用戶可得到4KWh以上(shang)的熱量或(huo)冷(leng)量。
(3)地(di)源熱(re)泵環境效益顯著。其裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的運行沒有(you)(you)任(ren)何(he)污染(ran),可以建造在居民區內,沒有(you)(you)燃燒(shao),沒有(you)(you)排煙,也(ye)沒有(you)(you)廢(fei)棄物,不需要堆放(fang)燃料廢(fei)物的場地(di),且(qie)不用遠距離輸送熱(re)量(liang)。
(4)地(di)源熱泵(beng)(beng)一(yi)機(ji)多用,應用范圍廣。地(di)源熱泵(beng)(beng)系統可供暖、空(kong)調,還可供生活熱水(shui),一(yi)機(ji)多用,一(yi)套系統可以(yi)替換原來的鍋爐加空(kong)調的兩套裝置或系統;可應用于(yu)(yu)賓(bin)館(guan)、商場、辦(ban)公(gong)樓、學校等建筑,更(geng)適合于(yu)(yu)別墅(shu)住宅(zhai)的采(cai)暖。

(5)地(di)源熱泵空調系(xi)統維護費用低。地(di)源熱泵的機(ji)械運動部件非常少,所有的部件不是(shi)埋(mai)在(zai)地(di)下便是(shi)安裝在(zai)室內,從而避免了室外的惡劣氣(qi)候,機(ji)組(zu)緊湊(cou)、節省空間;自動控制程(cheng)度高,可(ke)無人值守。
